Luján de Cuyo

Luján de Cuyo is a town with just under 200,000 inhabitants, located on the outskirts of the city of Mendoza, in western Argentina, near the Andes Mountains. The area is well known for its wine production, and many travelling to the West and South of the country pass through the city.

The CHALLENGE

The City’s officials were on a mission to connect with Luján de Cuyo’s inhabitants. In order to do so, they needed three things:

1. A system that consolidated all the contact information managed by the municipality,
presented and managed by a single platform,

2. Integration with communication providers already in the employ of the City, as well as all channels of communication to provide an omni-channel approach to contact, and

3. Communication campaigns that would allow the sending and receiving of continuous, constant contact between the municipality and its neighbours.

The SOLUTION

The implementation of our CRM solution provided the City with all the necessary capabilities requested:

  • The consolidation and structuring of citizen data in our databases allowed for the establishment of a centralised database.
  • Communication can now be carried out through the Campaign Manager module, with an omni-channel approach. This implies seamlessly integrating email, SMS and call centre capabilities to provide citizens with comprehensive, agile interactions with the City.
  • Cuantic’s CRM solution was integrated directly with GoogleForms, the City’s main source of data collection, as well as other systems the municipality has in use through APIs. These include PowerBI and DataStudio, which in turn allow Luján de Cuyo’s administration to create dashboards to make informed decisions regarding citizen interactions.
