Our Background
We come from 20 years of experience in the technology industry, becoming experts not only in the solutions we build, but also in serving as a business partner to turn our clients’ complex communication challenges into strategic opportunities for change. For almost a decade we have been dedicated to implementing and building upon Oro Inc.’s world class Open Source system, a partnership we have chosen because of their software excellence and their global brand. Over the course of this partnership, the majority of our team has accumulated vast experience in engagement technology applied to the public sector, from national programmes managing over 50 million contacts in unison to political candidates’ communication campaigns.

Agile work iterations
Working with our international programming team through Agile methodology, we make our user stories the core of every sprint and iteration. As new user requirements arise, we aim to incorporate them according to project priorities through constant loops of feedback with key users. The team builds a harmonious solution that focuses on being modern, scalable and optimal in its use.
Understanding the Client
We begin by immersing ourselves in the reality of our client, developing a deep understanding of their challenges, plans and priorities. Bringing a strategic point of view coupled with technical considerations, our team of experts construct a roadmap for change. This encompasses the technical as well as functional aspects, from the implementation of our plug-and-play modules and the customization of abstract design models to process innovation, reworking priorities and identifying new avenues to incorporate in our work. These are presented to and reviewed with our in-house contact so we may begin work on a solution that aims to not only solve current issues but also leaves a system that is entirely modular and flexible for accommodating future needs.
